Mrs. Nicki Faye Penn

Nicki Faye Penn Feb 10, 1988 – March 23rd, 2019 Nicki Penn, beloved wife, Mother, Daughter, Daughter-in-law and friend to all, tragically lost her life Saturday night, March 23rd, 2019. Nicki had an infectious smile and was loved by everyone. She was truly devoted to her family. She loved her husband and kids more than anything in the world. She always tried to make everything special for her kids. She loved taking photos, attending all her kids activities and was an active member of Connect Church in Arab. She loved the Lord and never stopped letting everyone know about his Love. She loved Alabama football, the beach, reading, hiking and her job at the Arab Recreation Center and the people she worked with, mainly because she was able to greet and touch so many people’s lives. Her dream was to build a new house on a small farm with horses. Her and her husband picked up the house plans last week. Sadly, that dream will never be a reality. She does have a new home in Heaven and is now a very special Angel. Her love of life and smile will be sorely missed by so many. She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Greg Penn and was looking forward to renewing their vows in April. She is also survived by 4 wonderful Children. Daughters – Leah Penn, Bevin Penn and Allie Penn Son- John-Michael Penn . Also leaving behind her Mother, Patsy Jackson of Arab, Father – Eddie Robinson, Adopted Father – Brian Pinkerton. Sister – Emily Bell Farmer (Cory), nieces and nephews. Brother – Austin Robinson and sister – Jessie Robinson Step -sisters – Jessica Montgomery and Brittany Williams. Maternal Great Grandfather – Henry Thomas (Jack) Jackson of Huntsville, Grandmother – Willadean (Momma Dean) Slaughter. Father and Mother-in-law, Mike and Shelieen Penn. Grandfather and Grandmother-in-law, Peggy and Hugo Berry. She is also survived by many Aunts and Uncles. Visitation will be Tuesday Night, March 26th from 6-8 pm at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 27th @ 2 pm at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Pastor Matt Chandler officiating. Burial at Gilliam Springs Baptist Church. Pallbearers – Austin Robinson, Chris Penn, Lance Burnett, Kivin Childers, Tony Sisk and Michael Stone. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to help with the expense of the funeral.
